The service, despite efforts from staff like Pedro and Moises, didn't meet the usual RIU standards. The location is fantastic, right by the beach, but some advertised amenities were missing. The dining experience had some issues with locals receiving preferential treatment. Overall, it's a nice place to unwind but lacks luxury features.

Additionally, the mini bar being fully stocked every two days did not seem to be accurate.

During our 7-day stay, the hotel's customer service representatives were helpful despite a slight delay in room readiness. The property felt a bit crowded at times, but overall, the experience was fine.
