The service, despite efforts from staff like Pedro and Moises, didn't meet the usual RIU standards. The location is fantastic, right by the beach, but some advertised amenities were missing. The dining experience had some issues with locals receiving preferential treatment. Overall, it's a nice place to unwind but lacks luxury features.

However, the issue with not being allowed to take a plate from the restaurant was frustrating, especially seeing local guests treated differently. Additionally, the mini bar being fully stocked every two days did not seem to be accurate.
